BALTIMORE — The heavy rain has moved out of the region, but we are still tracking some lingering showers through the day on Thursday. The day will be cloudy and unseasonably cool, with the best chance of rain arriving around midday. The weather dries out on Friday, with a slight warm-up. The weekend looks fantastic for any Memorial Day travel, with sunshine and temperatures in the low 70s. We are tracking a weather system that will arrive next week, but the jury is still out on the time and intensity of the storm. As of now, most models keep us dry on Memorial Day, with rain arriving during the Tuesday/Wednesday timeframe.
